Whether you’re healing from a specific loss, childhood trauma, an abusive relationship, or years of accumulated pain, these retreats offer a safe and proven path toward emotional release and renewal.

Talk therapy helps you understand your thoughts — but emotional stuckness lives below the level of thinking. We don’t “think” our way out of grief, anger, or trauma. We have to feel and release those emotions in a supportive, safe way.
